❝ Wow! I found an honest painting contractor who listened carefully and wanted to do exactly what I wanted. He sanded and prepared all surfaces until smooth and used drop cloths and tape to protect areas not to be painted. He painted my old steel casement windows beautifully. The trick was that I wanted them not painted shut. I wanted them to function as they did in the 1930s. Mike is very professional and very respectful as well. After he had been paid, he came back to work on them some more. He’s very special, dependable, and patient. I am recommending him wholeheartedly to everybody. I will always call him for every home project I have. ❞
